Warranty,return and refund
RETURN POLICY REASONS JUSTIFYING PRODUCT RETURN
If the customer is not satisfied upon receiving the item, they may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract, in which case the shipping and return costs are borne by the customer, as well as any bank charges, order processing fees, or possible damages incurred during the transportation of the goods to our facilities.
If the received product differs from what was ordered on our website by the customer. In this case, ULIP company takes responsibility and covers the return costs, and the product will be delivered without any shipping costs to the customer.
Products from this website that require assembly must be checked by the customer within a maximum period of 48 hours. once used and this period has elapsed, they cannot be returned.
If the product is defective from the factory, the customer has 48 hours from receiving the product to notify us of such a defect.
ULIP’s technical service will attempt to identify the problem to replace the part if necessary. If the technical service requires a review of the product to identify the source of the issue, the product will be collected by our service facilities, with the return and shipping costs borne by ULIP if it is indeed a manufacturing defect. If it is damage caused by improper use of the product, then the costs will be borne by the customer.
If after these 48 hours the customer notices any defects or faults in the product, the applicable warranty for the item itself would be applied
PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND
To request the return of a product, the customer has 14 calendar days from receiving the product to notify ULIP, and the maximum deadline for returning the item is 14 days from the date of notification of the acceptance of the return.
The customer must return the product to us in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, including labels, usage instructions, accessories, and warranty. The shipping costs of the item to our warehouses are borne by the customer.
It is very important that the product for exchange or return is properly packaged to avoid damage during transportation. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, or show clear signs of tampering, or have defects such as scratches, dirt, or missing accessories, we will not accept the return, and the shipping costs for returning the product will be charged to the customer if the product is not in optimal condition according to our technical service’s criteria, or a percentage of the total refund value will be deducted according to the damages caused.
If upon receiving the corresponding goods in our warehouses we verify that all the above conditions are met, ULIP will accept the return of the product, and the refund amount will be reimbursed according to the chosen payment method within a maximum period of 14 days.
If we send the product back to the customer, which does not meet the warranty requirements, a €20 charge will be applied for handling and shipping. Sending the product back occurs after the customer’s consent.
